Ms. Faulkner leads students to Tulane University for STEM workshop

Students engaged in STEM activities (such as polymer chemistry, conservation biology, engineering challenges) with professors and students of Tulane University.  The goal of the workshop is to inspire girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Participants were as follows:

 

8th grade - Millicent Hawthorne

7th grade:  Emyria Augillard; A'mya Duhe; Ayanna Durant; Zauriona Jackson; Conner Kinchen; Micayla Kolb; Malaysia Moses; Gabrielle Nealond; Sandy Nguyen; Jordyn Perkins
